Lincoln Contracting & Equipment is a subsidiary of Riggs Industries and was incorporated in 1974. We specialize in design, engineering, detailing and complete turnkey construction of coal preparation plants, material handling systems, mine ventilation fans, unit train loadouts, emergency repairs, piping and electrical, along with the construction of outside facilities using Chief Industries' pre-engineered buildings.
