Welding and Fabrication We have three fabrication shops totaling 120,000 square feet where we are fully equipped to fabricate structural steel, platework, chutes, bins, ductwork, piping, and conveying equipment. Recent additions to our shops include computerized beam lines, semi-automatic welding systems, and controlled burn and water jet cutting tables. All work is visually inspected by CWI and recorded per AISC and AWS codes. Our paint facilities are complete with Wheelabrator and shot blast rooms. Surface preparation of steel and painting are checked by Quality Control and surface profile and paint millage is recorded.
